 Soft Play / Venue Hire Rules By using or hiring the soft play area and venue, parents/guardians agree to the following terms: 1. Parental Responsibility Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times while on the premises and using the soft play equipment.  2. Footwear Socks must be worn at all times when using the soft play equipment. Shoes are not permitted on the play area. 3. Food & Drink

• No food or drink is permitted on the soft play equipment.
• Outdoor food and drink are not permitted on the premises unless a soft play package has been booked.

4. Face Paint & Decorations

• No face paint is allowed on the soft play equipment.
• No confetti or confetti balloons are permitted anywhere in the venue.

5. Allergy Policy – Nut Free Venue No nuts or nut-containing products are to be brought into the premises. This includes peanut butter, Nutella, and any snack containing nuts. 6. Soft Play Package Clean-Up (if applicable) If you have booked the soft play package, parents/guardians agree to:

• Dispose of all food waste in the bins provided.
• Sweep the floor before leaving the venue.

7 Children must be escorted to the toilet at all times 8. Damage & Care of Equipment Any damage caused to the soft play equipment or venue may result in additional charges. Cancellation & Payment Policy

• Full payment must be made 14 days before the event.
• All deposits are non-refundable.
• If the booking is cancelled within 14 days of the event, the full balance remains due.
• No refunds will be given once the booking is confirmed.
